Use of HoiJob
HoiJob is a job platform for job seekers and employers. Use the platform honestly, lawfully and only for finding work, posting jobs or managing related contact.
Job seekers
Job seekers are responsible for the information they add to their account, profile, saved jobs and messages. Do not misuse the platform, copy data at scale or send misleading information.
Employers
Employers must provide accurate company, billing and vacancy information. Vacancies may not contain unlawful, discriminatory or misleading content and must keep application links and contact routes working.
Accounts and access
Keep login details secure and only use accounts you are allowed to manage. Employer accounts may be reviewed before publication, promotion or billing features are made available.
Publication and promotion
HoiJob may review, adjust, pause or remove vacancies, promotions and accounts when quality, safety or compliance requires it. Promotion improves visibility but does not guarantee applications or hires.
Payments
Paid employer services, promotions or invoices are handled according to the agreed price, period and billing details shown or confirmed in the employer workspace.
Reports and moderation
Users can report vacancies, accounts or messages. HoiJob may use these reports to pause, correct or remove content and to contact the relevant account holder.
Availability
HoiJob aims to keep the website available and reliable, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or specific search, matching or hiring results.
